Our NATD Dance Technique classes give students the opportunity to develop their skills in Modern and Contemporary Dance while working through a structured syllabus designed to support progression and achievement through graded examinations.

The comprehensive NATD syllabus provides students with a strong foundation in dance, helping them develop strength, technique, musicality, style and performance skills. The graded structure allows students to progress confidently through each grade at their own pace.

Classes combine set syllabus work with teacher led choreography, giving students the opportunity to explore a variety of Modern and Contemporary Dance styles while developing the technical skills and artistic expression required of a dancer.

As students progress through the grades, they can work towards medal tests that focus on presentation, confidence and performance quality, celebrating their achievements along the way.
