Casting Director Workshop

We are super excited to welcome Nicci Topping a UK based Casting Director for Film, TV and Commercials to LWTS! https://casting.niccitopping.com With over 20 years experience of the industry, Nicci is bringing a fabulous bespoke workshop to our students! The three hour workshop will cover the following areas:
Wicked Workshop

We are looking forward to welcoming Bethany John to LWTS in October for a special Wicked Workshop!
Bethany is a highly skilled dancer, choreographer and educator with over eight years of professional industry experience. Throughout her career she has worked with esteemed industry figures and staged several musicals.
A huge highlight of her career thus far is playing Glinda Ariana Grande’s dance double in the Wicked movie!
Bethany is looking forward to bringing this one off special workshop to our students on the 19th of October 12-1.30pm at Ironstone.

Our New Timetable!
Check out our new timetable. Introducing Dance Fitness, Broadway Beats, Street Dance – exam opportunities and increased class times for our Saturday Musical Theatre School.
We have also increased our private lessons throughout the week. 121 lessons are a more personal form of teaching and concentrate on areas that students would like to develop. Students enjoy a focused session that is tailored to their specific learning styles and needs increasing confidence, ability, performance skills and gaining a deeper understanding of their chosen genre.
Students can also work towards musical theatre, dance and acting exams and take part in festivals and competitions when ready.

Kettfest 2025
Well done to our students who performed at this year’s Kettfest. We have enjoyed performing here for the last three years, it is a great event for the town and we love performing in the community and spreading the LWTS Good Vibes!

LWTS 10 Year Anniversary Showcase
Well done to our students, teachers and our very own DADZONE who performed at our 10 Year Anniversary Showcase.
It really was a fantastic show full of talent, beautiful memories, laughs, emotional moments and reflecting on what has truly been an amazing 10 years.
Here is to the next 10 years of doing what we love xx
Chance 2 Dance 2025
Congratulations to our students who took the Chance 2 Dance stage and performed their hearts out with a fabulous Matilda and Wicked Medley.
They had the best time shining on stage and enjoyed the rest of the day in the park. These events are a great opportunity to build on team work and performance skills and enjoy time together having fun and bonding.
We have some students that have been with us over 10 years and it is always so lovely to see them support new students joining us for the first time at these types of events. After all we are one big family here at LWTS!
New Street Dance Syllabus
From September our Street Dance students will be able to take exams with the NATD!
The syllabus focusses on technical skills, movement, performance, musicality and groove!
Looking forward to seeing our students develop their range of movement and skill in this genre!
Disneyland Paris 2026!
We had the pleasure of taking our students to Disneyland Paris to perform both on stage and in the Disney Parade. It really was an amazing experience for all with a lifetime of memories made. We are so proud of you, you absolutely smashed it Team Disney!
We are already planning Disneyland Paris 2026, watch this space!

Clubbercise!
- 6.30 - 7.15pm @ The Centre Mawsley
Clubbercise with Miss Louise is every Wednesday @ The Centre Mawsley 6.30 – 7.15pm. (Earlier class every second Wednesday of the month 5.30 – 6.15pm)
Clubbercise® offers a fun, full-body workout with BANGING soundtracks that get great results! Set to club anthems from 90s classics to the latest chart hits, Clubbercise® is taught in a darkened room with party lights and trademark LED glow sticks. Routines are easy-to-follow with high and low impact options for all fitness levels.
Excitingly, you will be able to club with your teen, as Miss Louise’s class will be from 13yrs, 13-15yrs to be accompanied by an adult!
