Our classes run during term time only and are booked and paid for on a termly basis. Each term may vary in length and typically runs for between 5 and 8 weeks.

Fees are payable in full before the start of each term, children are unable to attend classes until the full payment has been received. Please note that we operate a strict no-refund policy. Refunds cannot be issued for missed sessions due to holidays, illness, coparenting, emergencies, non-attendance, or external commitments, including school related activities.

Your Class Manager Account

When registering with LWTS, you will be asked to read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. These documents are also available at the bottom of this page for your reference.

Your Class Manager account gives you easy access to:

• Your child’s enrolled classes
• Invoice and payment information
• Your personal details, which can be updated at any time
• Our LWTS Handbook, which includes everything you need to know about being part of our school, including policies, procedures and uniform requirements.

Please ensure all registration details are completed fully. Once your registration has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an invoice for your chosen classes for the term. Please note that you will not need to register if you have already registered for a free trial and you wish to continue with us, as your information will transfer when your child joins the school.
