All classes are term time only and are paid upfront for the term, terms can range from 5-7 weeks. We operate a strict no-refund policy for holidays, sickness, failure to attend, covid, emergencies, or outside of school commitments. All invoices are due in full before the start of the term, no child can commence classes until the invoice is paid. 

When registering on our portal Class Manager, you will be prompted to view and agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy, also available at the bottom of this page. Here you will have access to all your classes, invoices and you can update your details at any time. Also available on Class Manager is our detailed LWTS handbook with all you need to know about your time with LWTS, including our policies and procedures and uniform requirements.
